Oswalt Academy is involved in the School Based Coordinated Program. As a requirement of the program, our school holds English Learner Advisory Council (ELAC) and School Site Council (SSC) meetings throughout the school year. These councils, consisting of Oswalt staff, parents, and students, advise the school in making decisions regarding the school's instructional programs, special activities, and/or school budget expenditures. Both meetings are held on the first Tuesday of the month at 5:00 PM during select months. Both meetings will start in September. Once selected, a schedule will be provided to all members.
We will be having an election to fill ONE vacancy for School Site Council. Ballots must be completed and submitted NO LATER THAN FRIDAY, AUGUST 25th, at 3 PM. Click on the link below to access the ballot.
