Dear parents,
Your daughter will be part of an all day tournament on Saturday November 9th, 2013 from 7:45 to about
3 p.m. Since the tournament is an all day tournament, we need to organize ourselves to bring food and healthy snacks for the players as well as a table, one or two ezups and chairs. Last year parents brought items such as fruit trays, sandwich trays and protein bars or granola bars. We will also need, water and Gatorades. We have a total of 16 players plus coaches. We would like everyone to participate in bringing in at least one food item. Please let me know as soon as possible what item you will contribute, so that we can make sure we have enough food and drinks for everyone. Thank you in advance. Your help is greatly appreciated! Once again, Thank you for supporting our athletes here at Oswalt Academy.
