School Site Council & English Learner Advisory Committee

Oswalt Academy is involved in the School Based Coordinated Program. As a requirement of the program, our school holds English Learner Advisory Committee (ELAC) and School Site Council (SSC) meetings throughout the school year. These councils, consisting of Oswalt staff, parents, and students, advise the school in making decisions regarding the school's instructional programs, special activities, and/or school budget expenditures. Both meetings are held on the first Tuesday of the month (Sept, Oct, Nov, Feb, Apr, May). ELAC's first meeting will be at 4:30 PM. The rest of the meetings will be held with SSC at 5:00 PM. All SSC meetings are held at 5:00 PM.

 

Parents/Guardians are welcome to join the meetings. All meetings are held on campus in the office or Zoom.
