As part their 6th grade IB Exhibition action, the Diabetes Demolishers created a cooking and exercise show to teach people how to eat healthy and stay fit.

are there really demolishers making some healthy recipes did you see for a sitrus berry smoothie and a healthy chicken salad easily to make every day which is a rotisserie chicken salad you can use sesame seeds rotisserie chicken  fresh fruit and salad a kid basically mix in the fruit salad call Villager News strawberries blackberries and blueberries baby corn and cherry tomatoes then we're going to add a split Aladdin's last Dimension everything and taste the final result so first of all we're going to add in some tomatoes Nexus app then you're going to add it in the rough now that you've have you can just keep on the mixing the salad and then now you can add some lemon not Angela can do the rest then we decide in the sesame seeds Frankie can you add in the bear lastly add in the corn New York rotisserie chicken salad hey guys we're going to make a citrus berry smoothie ingredients will need are 1 and 1/4 cups of fresh berries including blackberries strawberries and raspberries a banana 3/4 cups of low-fat Greek yogurt half a cup of orange juice 2 tablespoons of milk 1 tablespoon of honey and hot with tapes teaspoon of vanilla extract we're going to need a blender to mix what are in the solid first so that it will blend through e give me in the liquids then we add in the liquid and just to take you guys he should only use a little bit of vanilla extract because it pretty strong so we'll just added 1/4 of this okay now it runs it for 10 to 15 seconds  we are ready to blend the shake it a little bit to make sure all the honey on the sides of the blender are in after all that we've accomplished into the city we can finally drink it will drink the smoothie what did delicious Delight what exercises you can do in order to prevent type 2 diabetes of a movie along with the cooking show in part one of our movie so now we're going to do exercises and I thought of with some exercises so first you going to lean to your right and then now you can mean to the center and then you can go to the left  Ninjago the 22nd again going to be touching her toes. Rainier Arms I will demonstrate this exercise when you guys so what you're going to is a yoga ball so this is how it goes  so you going to put your hands like this and you're just going to roll it forward I'm backwards and forward and just keep on doing this for like 20 seconds or so until feel the camera watching remember where the guy really want you
